1. Combine butter, pesto, basil, shallots, and lemon in a small bowl until well-blended.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
3. Sprinkle fillets evenly on both sides with salt and pepper. Add fillets to pan and sauté for 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
4. Serve fish with butter mixture.
