My diet is different than it was even a year ago. What we eat is now more colorful and fresher. So I wanted to put this page together to show a collage of pictures of all the foods we prepare. The original idea was to do this for a week, starting September 20, 2011. For the weekend, though, I went out of town. So what I did was extend this journey to make the full 7 days, making the last day Wednesday, September 28.
You'll see a lot of juices since we bought a fancy new juicer recently. Also, I'm not showing drinks unless I made them in some way, so you'll see tea but no water. You'll also see a lot of cold cereal because I like that in the morning.
If you're wondering what I ate on the weekend: cereal and tea for both breakfasts; some granola; an avocado, spinach, and sprout sandwich; deer jerky; ahi tuna sandwich and coleslaw; and duck and artichoke pizza.
