Total cook time: 30 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In large bowl, combine hazelnut meal, almond meal, salt, and baking soda.
3. In smaller bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
4. Add wet to dry and combine.
5. Add chocolate chips.
6. Make 1.5-inch balls and place onto baking sheet, spaced apart. Gently press down each one.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
