Total cook time: 15 minutes
1. Chop or dice a pear.
2. In a bowl, add everything and mix.
3. Cook on a skillet, flipping when you feel like it. It makes two pancakes.
- 1 tbsp. of millet seeds and 1 tbsp. sorghum seeds
- millet flour is good cut with green pea flour (1:1)
