1. Cook quinoa following package instructions. When done, let cool.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
3. In large bowl, combine quinoa, chopped onion, chopped garlic, grated carrots, grated squash, chopped spinach, zest, flour, baking powder, egg, salt, and pepper.
4. Form into roughly 8 patties and arrange on oiled baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping once.
5. Top with yogurt, dill, and lemon juice.
